초등학교 담임교사의 직무스트레스, 교사-학생 간 인간관계 및 학생의 학교생활스트레스 연구

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 담임교사의 직무스트레스와 교사-학생 간 인간관계 및 학생의 학교생활스트레스의 관련성을 분석함으로써 교실에서 발생하는 다양한 문제의 근본적인 해결방안을 제시하고 교사와 학생의 행복한 학교생활을 도모하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 담임교사의 배경변인에 따른 초등학생이 인식한 학교생활스트레스와 교사-학생관계 인식의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 다변량 분산분석(MANOVA)을 실시한 결과 담임교사의 배경변인에 따라 초등학생이 인식한 학교생활스트레스와 초등학생의 교사-학생 관계 인식은 서로 관계가 있었다. 둘째, Pearson 상관분석 결과 담임교사의 직무스트레스는 담임교사에게 교사-학생 관계를 부정적으로 인식하게 했고, 학생이 인식한 학교생활 스트레스는 학생과 교사 모두에게 교사-학생 관계를 부정적으로 보게 했다. 마지막으로 교사와 학생 상호간의 교사-학생 관계 인식은 긍정적인 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 교사의 직무스트레스와 학생이 인식한 학교생활스트레스의 교사-학생 관계에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과 교사의 직무스트레스는 교사의 교사-학생 관계 인식에 영향을 미치며, 학생이 인식한 학교생활스트레스는 교사의 교사-학생 관계 인식과 학생의 교사-학생 관계 인식 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present the fundamental solution of the various problems that occur in the classroom, and contribute for the increasing teachers and students' school life happy through the research of interrelationship between job stress of elementary school homeroom teachers and human relationship of teachers-students and students' stress in school life. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: first, as a result of MANOVA being conducted for knowing the elementary students' stress in school life and the difference of relationship recognition between teachers and students according to background variable of homeroom teachers, there are relations between the elementary students' stress in school life and the relationship recognition of elementary students in teachers-students relation. Second, as a result of Pearson's correlation analysis, job stress of homeroom teachers makes homeroom teachers' relationship recognition of teachers-students relation negative, and students' stress in school life makes homeroom teachers' relationship recognitions of teachers-students relation negative and students' relationship recognition of teachers-students relation either. Finally, the relationship recognition of teachers-students between teachers and students showed a positive relation. Third, as a result of multiple regression analysis about the teachers-students relation to teachers' job stress and students' stress in school life, teachers' job stress give a influence to the teachers' recognition of teachers-students relation and students' stress in school life give a influence to the teachers' recognition of teachers-students relation and also to the students' recognition of teachers-students relation.
