지적장애청소년의 전환 역량 및 지원 요구 척도 개발

초록

본 연구는 지적장애청소년들의 전환 역량 및 지원 요구를 측정하고 평가할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 전환 역량 및 지원 요구 관련 선행 연구의 검토 및 문헌 연구의 고찰을 통해 전환 역량 및 지원 요구의 개념에 대한 개념 참조틀을 구성하고 문항추출 조사와 전문가 검토를 거쳐 전환 역량 및 지원 요구 척도의 하위 영역을 구인하였다. 본 연구의 결과 지적장애청소년의 전환 역량 및 지원 요구 척도는 고용, 중등이후 교육, 가정관리, 지역사회 참여 영역의 38개 문항으로 개발되었다. 둘째, 지적장애청소년의 전환 역량 및 지원 요구 척도는 고용, 중등이후 교육, 가정관리, 지역사회 참여의 요인으로 설명되며, 공인 타당도 검증 도구와 높은 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 문항내적일관성신뢰도(Cronbach' α)와 반분신뢰도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지적장애청소년의 전환 역량 및 지원 요구 척도의 규준표를 학교급별(중학교, 고등학교)로 나누어 작성하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 척도는 지적장애청소년의 전환 역량과 지원 요구에 있어서 규준 집단 내에서의 상대적 위치와 점수 간의 상호 비교 및 분석에 필요한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 척도라고 할 수 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale that can measure and evaluate the competences and support needs for transition of adolescents with intellectual disabilities. As a result of this study, First, the finally developed items of competences and support needs scale for the transition of adolescents with intellectual disabilities were employment area, post-secondary education area, family management area, and community participation area. It was developed as a scale with a total of 4 categories and 38 questions. Second, competences and support needs scale for the transition of adolescents with intellectual disabilities was explained by four factors, and it was found to show a high correlation with the certified validity test tool, and the inter-item consistency reliability (Cronbach' α) and partial reliability were high. Third, the normative table for ​​the competences and support needs scale for the transition of adolescents with intellectual disabilities developed in this study was prepared by dividing them by school level (middle school, high school).
