교사 행위자성의 생태학적 접근방법이 초등학교 교육과정 실행에 주는 시사점

이 연구는 생태학적 교사 행위자성 접근방법을 활용하여 초등학교 교육과정 실행 양상을 분석하고, 초등학교 교육과정 실행을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이 연구에서는 교사 행위자성의 생태학적 접근방법의 반복적 차원, 투영적 차원, 실천적-평가적 차원에 따라 초등학교 교육과정 실행 양상을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 초등학교 교사들은 자신의 생애사와 교직 경험, 자신이 투영한 단기목표와 장기목표, 학교의 문화적, 구조적, 물리적 요인 등을 고려하여 초등학교 교육과정을 실행하고 있었다. 또한 교사 행위자성의 생태학적 3차원과 관련된 초등학교 교육과정 실행의 촉진 요인과 저해 요인이 발견되었다. 이 연구는 초등학교 교육과정 실행 양상의 분석 틀로서 교사 행위자성의 생태학적 접근방법의 활용 가능성을 제시하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation pattern of the elementary school curriculum by using the ecological teacher agency approach and to draw implications for the implementation of the elementary school curriculum. In this study, the training of the implementation of the elementary school curriculum was examined according to the iterational dimension, the projective dimension, and the practical-evaluative dimension of the ecological approach of teacher agency. Elementary school teachers set short term and long term goals projected by their own life histories and professional histories, and implemented the elementary school curriculum in consideration of the culture, structures, and material related to the implementation of the curriculum. The three dimensions influencing teacher agency acted as facilitators and inhibitors of curriculum implementation. This study is meaningful in that it suggests the applicability of an ecological approach to teacher agency as a framework for analyzing the implementation pattern of the elementary school curriculum.
