이 연구는 초등학교 통합 교과서의 일러스트레이션의 발전방향을 모색하기 위해 것이다. 이를 위해서 외국의 1, 2학년 용 교과서들의 일러스트레이션 대비 현행 초등학교 3개의 통합 교과서, 바른생활, 슬기로운 생활, 즐거운 생활의 교과서 일러스트레이션을 겉표지, 속표지, 목차, 단원으로 구분하여 고찰하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교과서 표지는 교과서 같은 이미지를 넘어서는 일러스트레이션이, 둘째, 보다 기능적인 속표지 일러스트, 셋째, 목차는 교수와 학습 모두에게 유용한 교과서로서의 목차 일러스트를 추구 할 필요가 있었다. 넷째, 통합교과서의 단원은 단원 학습의 주제 도입과 마무리를 명시적으로 일러스트 하는 것, 마지막으로 저학년 교과서의 표현이 전반적으로 학생의 취향을 고려하되, 학습의 방법, 절차, 안내를 단적으로 세세하게 표현하는 교과서 일러스트레이션 방향을 모색할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study aims to find out the reflection view-points on better illustration of integrated subject-matter in elementary school. In order to this aims, It was compared koreans with foreign countries' text books for grade 1, and 2. which are USA, UK, Japanese, Franches, Germans Singapore, Pakistani. The comparative reference are cover design, the front page, the contents table, and chapter folding. By the consequence, first, the cover design of text book have to overcome image as like subject-matter. Second, More functional front page needed. Third, The contents table as a text book have to more useful illustrate for all of teaching and learning. Forth, the opening and ending section must clearly be expressed in the integrated-text-book. Final, we have to think the intention of illustration of text book for grade 1 and grade 2 reflected student interests and learning steps, method, procedures, and introduces of learning and teaching
