As a result of the self-efficacy scale analysis, social skills education showed a significant improvement in self-regulated efficacy of adults with developmental disabilities, but there was no significant difference in confidence and preference for task difficulty. Based on these results, social skills education for adults with developmental disabilities was discussed.
