농촌진흥청의 EA 구축 사례 연구

최근 Enterprise Architecture의 도입이 공공기관에도 확산되어 그 효과가 가시적으로 나타나기 시작했다. 정부에서도 그것을 촉진하기 위한 제도도 만들고 모든 기관에 그 사용을 권장하여 왔다. 많은 정부기관이 EA를 도입하였으나 성공적으로 활용이 잘되는 기관은 많지 않다. 농촌진흥청은 EA의 도입, 개발, 활용에 적극 노력해 왔다. 농촌진흥청의 EA는 타 기관에 비교해 그 성숙도가 높고 활용이 우수하며, 사용자 중심으로 EA가 설계되었다. 이를 통해 정보화사업을 수행하도록 사업관리와 연계하여 제도를 수립한 대표적인 기관으로 인정받았고, 이 EA 관리영역 중 정보화 개발 분야 우수기관 으로 선정되었다. 본 논문에서는 농촌진흥청이 구축한 EA의 내용을 상세히 살펴본다.
Abstract
Recently the introduction of Enterprise Architecture is popular in the government organizations and administrations, and its effects can be shown explicitly in the government. The government also established the relevant raws to expedite the introduction of EA and has strongly recommend its administrations to apply EA. Many government organizations and administrations adopted the EA, but the EA has not been used successfully in the most of them. The RDA of Korea has made efforts for the introduction, development, and application of EA for several years. It is estimated that the EA of RDA is comparatively mature and well applied compared to other administrations, and most of all, user-friendly. The RDA's EA is recognized as one of the best EA's in the government on the informationization project of the government. In this paper, the EA implemented in the RDA of Korea is studied.
