EA(Enterprise Architecture)의 도입은 2003년을 시작으로 지속적으로 추진되어 왔다. 2010년 12월에는 132개 대상기관 중 100개의 공공기관이 EA를 도입하였다. 공공기관에서는 국민에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하고 공공부문의 정보를 재활용해 비용을 줄일 수 있어 EA를 도입하였다. 하지만, EA의 도입보다 중요한 것은 성과, 운영 등 어떻게 관리하고 활용할 것인가에 대한 것이다. 이로 인해 여러 기관에서 미흡한 점이 많이 발견되었다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 성공적으로 진행되고 있는 수자원공사의 EA 도입배경 및 경과, 구축현황 등에 대하여 소개하고 그 요인들을 분석하고 도출하였다. 이를 통해 향후 타 기관 및 부서의 EA확산 및 성숙도 개선에 도움이 될 수 있는 연구가 될 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
The introduction of Enterprise Architecture into Korea has been push ahead constantly since 2003. It has been reported that about one hundred of Public Organizations out of 132 organizations introduced EA up to December 2010. The main purpose of the introduction of EA is to offer better public services nation-widely and to reduce the general cost by reusing and restructuring public information. It is, however, more important to manage and make use of EA than how to introduce. In this point of view, it have been reported for some organizations that the results were not satisfactory and sometimes problematic. In this article, we analyze the kwater's successful EA case study so that it can be summarized the background story of the EA ntroduction phase and how to progress and construct. Finally, we hope that this can be contributed to continuous expansion and growth by which the EA organizations can be reached to the higher EA maturity level.
