이 연구의 목적은 무용전공 대학생들의 멘토관계기능이 적응성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울시 및 충청남도에 소재한 4년제 대학의 무용학과 대학생 265명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구에 사용된 질문지는 구조화된 질문지이며, 멘토관계기능 질문지는 Noe(1988), 적응성은 Saleh와 Hosek(1976)의 척도로서 타당도와 신뢰도가 확보된 후 이용하였다. 자료처리를 위한 통계분석방법은 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 절차와 방법으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 무용전공 대학생들의 멘토관계기능과 적응성은 서로 상관관계가 인정되었다. 둘째, 사회심리적기능이 클수록 무용전공 대학생들의 무용전공몰입은 증대되었다. 셋째, 경력관련기능과 역할모형기능이 클수록 무용전공 대학생들의 학과생활적응성은 증대되었다. 넷째, 경력관련기능이 클수록 무용전공 대학생들의 무용활동만족은 증대되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of mentor relation function of college students with dance major upon their modification. To carry out the study purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted with the subjects of 265 college students from the department of dance in four year universities located in Seoul and Chungcheongnamdo as of today year 2006. The questionnaires employed in this study were structured ones, and in use after securing the adequacy and credibility.Statistical analyses for the data process conducted here were correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. With the process and method, following are the conclusions: Firstly, it was admitted that there was a correlation between the dancemajored college students’ mentor relation function and the modification. Secondly, it was found that the bigger the sociopsychological function was, the more the immersion of dancemajored college students into their dance major was increased. Thirdly, it was found that the bigger the career related function and role model function were, the more the modification of dance majored college students to school life was reinforced. Fourthly, the bigger the career related function was, the more the dance activity satisfaction of dance majored college students was increased.
