Abstract

The study analyzed the ef ect of the experimental value of eco-friendly food on well-being perception, satisfaction of life, and willingness to pay a premium. To carry out the research, the subjects who have experience using eco-friendly food were selected and conducted from November 15 to 25, 2020. First, the service excellence and entertainment of eco-friendly food have a positive impact on well-being perception. Second, well-being perception of eco-friendly food consumers has been shown to have a positive impact on satisfaction of life. Third, well-being perception of eco-friendly food consumers has been shown to have a positive impact on willingness to pay a premium. These findings identified the need for service excellence and entertainment values in the eco-friendly food market by analyzing the causal relationship between the experimental value and well-being perception of eco-friendly food. In addition, the positive impact of well-being perception on willingness to pay a premium suggests the possibility of the eco-friendly food market continues to grow into a premium market. The results proposed and validated in the model of this study will serve as valuable data for sustainable management of the eco-friendly food market and providing eco-friendly food value in the post-COVID-19 era.
