This study was conducted to help establish the flexible work system by grasping the relationship between the job values and leisure values of office workers on the perception of the flexible work system. In particular, the purpose of this study is to determine whether occupational value and leisure value have a moderating effect between the perception of the flexible work system and behavioral intention. In order to achieve the research purpose, an empirical analysis was conducted with a sample of 229 office workers. As a result, this empirical analysis, it was found that job values and leisure values influence the perception and behavioral intention of the flexible work system, and in particular, among job values and leisure values, values related to self-development are thought of as opportunities to realize self-development through the flexible work system.
