국제공항 이용객의 셀프서비스 기술 이용 의도 결정 요인과 연령의 조절 효과 분석

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the structural relationship between passengers' personal innovation propensity, perceived waiting time, airport innovation, and Self-service technology(SST) intention of international airport passengers who provide various unmanned services with the development of information and communication technology and non-face-to-face services. In addition, it is to test the moderating effect on whether there is a difference according to the age group in the relationship between the passengers' personal, experiential, and environmental factors using SST induce intention to use SST. To test the research model, a survey was conducted on passengers who had experienced SST among international airport users. As a result of analyzing the collected data, passengers' personal innovation propensity promoted SST use intention, and if the perceived waiting time was short, the intention to use SST increased. There was no age difference in the effect of international airport innovation on SST use intention, but the younger the age, the stronger the effect in the relationship between individual innovation and short perceived waiting time promoting SST use intention. From these findings, it is possible to come up with a plan to maximize the satisfaction of passengers who enjoy a leisurely trip through safe and rapid boarding procedures through non-face-to-face at an international airport where the number of travelers continues to increase.
