초록
This study developed a scale by mixing qualitative and quantitative methods for the development of a smart tourism scale. Five constituent concepts and sub-elements were derived using the nvivo 9 program, which is part of the qualitative method. For data collection, data was reconstructed into PDF files along with data from the field (reviews related to the lodging industry, service explanations, reviews, etc.) using web crawling techniques, and literature studies related to the lodging industry of smart tourism were used. As a result of qualitative analysis, the constituent concepts appeared as informativity, smart infrastructure, convenience, personalization, and interactivity, and each constituent concept sub-item was derived as informativity, smart infrastructure, convenience, and personalization, and interaction was derived as three items. After that, a questionnaire was conducted using the measurement questions derived by the qualitative method, and 415 samples were collected, and the reliability and validity of the constituent concepts and sub-elements were verified through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and 19 sub-items were developed in the same way as the constituent concepts and sub-elements derived by the qualitative method.
