본 연구는 아리스토텔레스의 서양 수사학 방법론을 이용하여 2020년 12월 13일 광저우에서 열린 뤄샹의 '성폭행 범죄에 대한 동의' 연설에 대해 수사학의 다섯 단계 즉, 착상, 배열, 표현, 암기, 발표를 중심으로 분석하였다. 착상 영역에서는 연설자 뤄샹이 청중의 특성과 눈높이 맞추어 설득을 대비하였으며 그 토대를 근본적으로 마련하기 위해 제시한 몇 가지 논거를 분석하였다.. 배열 부분에서는 서론, 핵심 본론 및 결론 등 세 부분으로 나뉘며, 각각 에토스, 로고스, 파토스 구조를 갖추고 있으며 그 논술이 명확하다. 표현 부분에서 나타난 주요 수사법은 설의법과 인용이다.. 암기에서는 연설자가 연설 내용을 시간 순서로 배열함으로써 기억하는데 용이하도록 애쓴 부분을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 발표에서는 주로 표준말을 사용하고, 연설의 속도를 적당히 유지했으며, 휴지를 두었으며, 본인만의 독특한 억양과 신체언어를 사용하였다. 그리고 PPT를 적절히 활용하고, 무대를 자연스럽게 설계한 점이 뤄샹 발표의 주요 특징이다.
Abstract
This article uses Aristotle's western rhetorical methodology to associate, arrange, express, remember and convey the five steps of speech to Luo Xiang's speech "Consent in the Crime of Sexual Assault" on December 13, 2020 in Guangzhou The speeches were analyzed. In the Invention part, the speaker Luo Xiang wrote a targeted speech according to the characteristics of the audience, which fundamentally laid the foundation for the success of this speech. And prepared sufficient arguments in accordance with the development of the timeline. In the disposition part, the speech is divided into three parts: introduction, core current round, and conclusion, with clear structure and logic. In the elocution part, the main rhetorical devices used by the speaker are questions and quotations. In the memory part, the speaker arranges the content of the speech in chronological order, which will help memory to a certain extent. In the delivery part, Mandarin is used in the speech, the speech speed is moderate, and there will be pauses, accents and other skills in the speech. The unique color matching design of PPT also has its own characteristics, and body language is also a major feature of Luo Xiang's speech.
