Since the goal of foreign language learning is so intimately dependent on the teacher, it is essential that he recognize the importance of his role and learn how he may imporve his effectiveness within the foreign language class. The purpose of this study is to observe communicative competence in English and to find various materials or aids for effective English teaching.
