본 연구는 성인 예체능 교육 환경에서 벨리댄스 강사의 리더십 유형이 수강생의 서비스 품질 인식, 강습만족도, 그리고 최종적인 이용행동에 미치는 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기 지역의 성인 벨리댄스 수강생 287명의 설문 데이터를 수집하여 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 강사의 리더십 유형(변혁적, 서번트, 디지털)은 서비스 품질과 강습만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 서비스 품질은 강습만족도에, 강습만족도는 이용행동에 각각 강한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 핵심적으로, 강사의 리더십이 이용행동에 미치는 영향에서 서비스 품질과 강습만족도의 순차적 이중 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 이는 강사의 긍정적 리더십이 서비스 품질 인식을 높이고, 이는 다시 강습만족도를 증대시켜 최종적으로 재등록이나 추천과 같은 이용행동으로 이어진다는 핵심 기제를 실증적으로 검증한 것이다. 본 연구는 강사 리더십의 효과가 발현되는 심리적 과정을 구체화하여 학문적 깊이를 더했으며, 실무적으로는 수강생 만족도와 충성도를 높이기 위한 강사의 리더십 역량 강화 및 교육 서비스 관리의 중요성에 대한 실증적 근거를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the structural relationships among belly dance instructors' leadership styles, participants' perceived service quality, class satisfaction, and eventual usage behavior in an adult arts and physical education setting. Survey data from 287 adult belly dance participants in the Seoul metropolitan area and Gyeonggi province were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results indicated that the instructor's leadership style (transformational, servant, and digital) had a significant positive effect on both service quality and class satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality was found to have a strong positive influence on class satisfaction, which in turn had a strong positive influence on usage behavior. Crucially, the serial dual mediating effect of service quality and class satisfaction was statistically significant in the relationship between the instructor's leadership and students' usage behavior. This empirically verifies a key mechanism: an instructor's positive leadership enhances the perception of service quality, which then increases class satisfaction, ultimately leading to usage behaviors such as re-enrollment and recommendations. This study contributes academically by specifying the psychological process through which the effects of instructor leadership are manifested. Practically, its significance lies in providing empirical evidence for the importance of strengthening instructors' leadership capabilities and managing educational services to improve participants satisfaction and loyalty.
