이혼 가정의 적대적 반항장애 아동 사례 분석: 편부 가정의 초등학교 4학년 아동

본 연구는 반항과 고집으로 아버지, 담임교사 등 주요 성인과의 관계에서 어려움을 겪으며 공격적 행동으로 또래관계에서도 잦은 갈등을 일으키고 있는 편부 가정의 초등학교 4학년 남자 아동의 상담 사례를 통해, 적대적 반항장애 아동의 심리치료 과정을 제시하고 있다. 먼저 한국사회의 이혼 추이와 편부가정의 특징, 적대적 반항장애의 정의 및 진단기준, 적대적 반항장애 아동의 환경적 특성을 제시하였고, 적대적 반항장애 아동의 실제 상담 과정을 아동의 사례개념화와 아동의 문제 특성과 발달 단계에 적합한 통합적 치료방법의 모색 및 활용의 순으로 기술하였다. 상담 이후 충동적이고 공격적이었던 내담자가 통제력이 향상되고 자신감이 증진되었으며, 또래관계를 포함한 전반적인 대인관계가 원만해지는 효과가 나타났다.
Abstract
The study presents a psychological therapy of oppositional defiant disorder children for aggressive behavior child (of divorce family: single-daddy family) in the fourth grade of elementary school, who have suffered from frequent conflict, who are suffering from difficulties with their relationships with major adults, such as a homeroom teachers & father and peer. First of all, this study was described current Korean society’ divorce transition and single-daddy family’s peculiarity. second, was presented definition of oppositional defiant disorder, diagnostic criteria of oppositional defiant disorder & environmental characteristics of oppositional defiant disorder. finally explained this child counseling process and effects. The children's counseling process was developed in order to find and utilize the integrated psychological therapy suited to children's development of children's nurturing environment. After consultation, the improved control of the impulsive and aggressive clients' control has resulted in improved self-confidence, and improved overall interpersonal relationships, including peer relationships.
