반려견 파양문제 해소를 위한 사전/사후 교육 및 정보 제공 서비스 제안

연구배경 반려견과 함께하는 사람들의 수가 증가하며 관련 시장이 커지고 있는 동시에 반려견의 유기 문제 또한 증가하고 있다. 해외에서는 반려견 입양 전 사전 교육을 진행하고 있지만 국내는 이와 같은 교육이 충분하지 않은 실정이다. 이에 있어 본 연구의 목적은 파양의 원인을 분석하고 파양률 감소에 기여할 수 있는 애플리케이션 기반의 정보제공 서비스를 제시한다. 연구방법 본 연구는 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 반려견 파양 문제에 대한 원인을 파악하고 이를 해결하기 위한 인사이트를 도출하였고 관련 경쟁사 분석을 진행했다. 이를 기반으로 1차 프로토타입을 도출하고 전문가 서비스 콘셉트 적합성 검증을 실시했다. 연구결과 전문가 테스트 결과를 기반으로 ‘라이프스타일 체크리스트 기반 반려견 추천’, ‘AR 환경 분석을 통한 적합한 환경 제안’, ‘퀴즈를 통한 사전/사후 교육’, ‘상황에 맞는 전문가 연결’에 대한 서비스 방안을 최종 시각화 과정을 통해 구체화했다. 본 연구 결과는 사전에 파양의 근본적인 원인을 제거할 수 있는 견주 대상 사전, 사후 교육 및 방안을 제시했다. 특히, 퀴즈 형식의 교육을 통해 정보의 접근성을 높여 쉽게 참여하도록 한 것에 의의가 있다. 결론 본 연구는 퀴즈 형식을 통해 관련 정보에 대한 교육의 접근성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제안하여 반려견 파양 및 유기 문제에 대한 사후 대처가 아닌, 사전에 반려견 파양의 원인을 제거할 수 있도록 한 데에 의의가 있다. 이는 향후 반려견 관련 교육에 대한 서비스 개발에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Background As the number of people raising dogs increases, the market and the issue of abandoned dogs is also increasing as well. Prior training is provided before adopting a dog in overseas but such training is not sufficient internally. This study propose a dog education service to prevent abandonment problems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of dissolution of dog adoption and propose an application-based information service that can contribute to reduce the dissolution of dog adoption. Methods This study conducted semi-structured, in-depth interviews to identify the causes of the dog dissolution problem and derive insights to analyze related competitive company. The first prototype was derived from the interview and verified the suitability of the service concept with exeprts. Result Based on the suitability test, the final service plan for ‘dog recommendation based on lifestyle checklist’, ‘suggesting appropriate environment through AR environment analysis’,‘pre-/post-training through quiz’, and‘expert connetion’was visually materialized. This study suggested pre- and post-education for dog owners that can prevent the fundamental cause of dissolution. It is significant in that it increases accessibility to information and makes easier to participate through quiz-type education. Conclusion The significance of this study is that it proposes a way to increase the accessibility of education through quiz format, which can eliminate the dissolution problem in advance. It is expected that this study can be used in the development for dog-related education services in the future.
