Abstract
Both corruption and human rights issues are rising up in today’s international society. It is difficult for us to solve the problems of corruption and human rights infringements without international cooperation. However, the intervention of international society results in violating sovereignty. Recently, the roles of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) are required to solve the problems because political and economic elites in developing nations are corrupted and undemocratic governments infringe human rights. In the future both issues should be dealt with and discussed on the basis of international or national ethics rather than national interest.
