지체부자유 학생들의 체육수업 인식

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between coach's leadership style and group cohesion in wheelchair basketball teams and to examined the relationship among coach's leadership style, member satisfaction, achievement motivation, and group cohesion. Subjects for this study are consisted of 108 players in wheelchair basketball teams. Statistics methods used to analyze the collected data are One-Way ANOVA, Simple Regression analysis, Multiple Regression analysis and Pearson Correlation. Results obtained from this research are as follows :Coach's leadership style has a direct effect on group cohesion and an indirect effect through member satisfaction, achievement motivation, as well.
