기독교 유아교육과정 분석도구 개발을 위한 기초연구: 델파이기법을 중심으로

본 연구는 기독교 유아교육과정의 분석 도구 개발을 위한 델파이 연구를 통해 유아기 기독교교육의 실효성을 평가하여 교육현장에 최선의 교육방법과환경을 마련하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유아를 위한 기독교 유아교육과정 분석을 위한 도구개발과 관련된 연구 기반이 부족한 점을 감안하여 해당 분야의 30명의 전문가가 참여한 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이기법을 활용한 전문가의 의견을 통해 영유아를 위한 기독교유아교육과정 분석도구 개발을 위한 기초연구를 목적으로 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 기독교 유아교육과정의 분석 기준으로 교육목적(M=4.57∼5, SD=0∼0.5, 합의도=0.8∼1, 수렴도=0∼0.5, CVR=0.93∼1), 교육목표(M=4.4∼5, SD=0∼0.72, 합의도=0.75∼1, 수렴도0∼0.5, CVR=0.87∼1), 교육내용(M=4.4∼4.97, SD=0∼ 0.51, 합의도=0.75∼1, 수렴도=0∼0.5, CVR=0.93∼1), 교수학습방법(M=4.33∼ 5, SD=0∼0.61, 합의도=0.75∼1, 수렴도=0∼0.5, CVR=0.87∼1), 평가(M=4.23∼ 4.4, SD=048∼0.56, 합의도=0.75∼1, 수렴도=0∼0.5, CVR=0.93), 교사(M=4.43 ∼5, SD=0∼0.57, 합의도=0.75∼1, 수렴도=0∼0.5, CVR=0.93∼1), 가정연계(M=4.37∼4.9, SD=0.4∼0.67, 합의도=0.75∼1, 수렴도=0∼0.5, CVR=0.8∼0.93) 의 7개의 상위범주와 그에 해당되는 21개의 하위범주와 함께 43개의 세부적인 내용이 선정되었다. 이러한 분석기준의 마련은 유아를 위한 기독교교육과정을 평가하여 연령에 적합한 의미 있는 기독교 유아교육을 실현하는 일에 기초를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 통해 결론과 논의를 제시하고 연구의 한계점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.
Abstract
A Preliminary Study for Developing an Analysis Tool of the Christian Early Childhood Education Curriculum: Focusing on the Delphi Technique.This study aimed to develop an analysis tool for the Christian early childhood education curriculum by conducting a Delphi study. The goal was to evaluate the effectiveness of Christian education for young children and to provide optimal teaching methods and environments for educational practice. Considering the lack of prior research on tools for analyzing Christian early childhood curricula, a Delphi survey was administered to 30 experts in the field. Through expert consensus using the Delphi technique, this foundational research identified seven upper categories Educational Purpose, Educational Goals, Educational Content, Teaching–Learning Methods, Evaluation, Teachers and Home–School Connection along with 21 subcategories and 43 detailed items. These analytical criteria are expected to provide a basis for evaluating Christian early childhood curricula and realizing age-appropriate, meaningful Christian education for young children. Based on the findings, conclusions and discussions are presented, along with limitations and recommendations for future research.
