비대면 접촉과 사회적 거리두기라는 일상을 남긴 포스트 코로나 시대를 맞아, 교회는 코로나19로 인하여 비대면 온라인 예배의 현실화에 직면하였고, 이를 위해 극소수의 예배위원들만 현장예배에 참여하는 등 소그룹 모임을 포함한 교회 안에서의 활동이 사실상 중단된 상태이다. 이로 인해 성도들은 예배의 자리를 잃은 공허함 속에서 함께 모여 드리는 예배에 대한 깊은 갈망과 교제의 소중함을 절실히 깨닫고 있다. 누구도 예상치 못한 어려움 가운데 교회는 어떠한 상황과 현실 속에서도 복음의 본질적 가치를 지켜내야 하며, ‘코로나19 이후 한국교회는 어디로 가야 할 것인가’에 대한 질문 앞에 숙고하지 않을 수 없다. 지난날 한국교회의 목회 중심이었던 부흥과 성장, 그리고 소그룹과 제자훈련들이 점점 쇠퇴해 가고 있다. 이 때에 복음의 본질적 가치를 추구하며 한국교회의 목회 방향과 성도의 관리 및 성숙을 통해 지속적인 교회성장을 가능케 할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 절실히 요구된다. 복음을 들고 세상을 향해 나아가 그들의 문화와 시대적 상황에 부합한 목회가 이루어져야 하는 시점에서 본 연구는 충분한 의미를 담고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 코로나19 이후, 한국교회의 위기 상황에 가장 적합한 목회적 대안을 제시하며 기존의 소수만 참여해 왔던 교육과 양육중심의 일대일 멘토링, 그리고 멘토링 제자훈련의 문제점을 살펴본 후 극소수가 아닌 전 교인들을 대상으로 하는 공식적 멘토링 시스템을 구축하고, 멘토링 목회가 교회의 본질적 목회 사역 중 하나이며, 예수님의 본원적 사역 중 하나임을 명확히 함으로써 관계와 섬김, 그리고 관리적 차원의 멘토링 기능을 함의한 멘토링 목회를 실천적 방안으로 제시함에 그 시사점이 있다고 하겠다. ‘멘토링 목회’는 예수님께서 행하셨던 사역의 중심이었으며, 아담과 하와로부터 시작하여 족장들, 사사들, 선지자들 그리고 예수님으로부터 사도 바울의 사역에 이르기까지, 한 영혼을 향한 멘토링 관계의 사역을 다시금 새롭게 현시대에 적용하여야 한다. 이는 비대면 모임의 현상을 불러온 포스트 코로나 시대의 대응 이전에 목회의 본질이기에, 본 연구에서 제시하는 ‘멘토링 목회’를 통해 한국교회의 새로운 희망을 주는 계기 중 하나가 되기를 바란다.
Abstract
In the post-Corona era, which left daily life of non-face-to-face contact and social distance, the church faced the realization of non-face-to-face online worship due to Corona19, and to this end, activities in the church, including small group gatherings, have been virtually suspended. As a result, the congregation is keenly aware of the deep longing for worship and the importance of companionship in the emptiness of losing their place of worship. Among the difficulties that no one had expected, the church must preserve the essential value of the gospel under any circumstances and reality, and cannot help but ponder before the question of "where should the Korean church go after Corona 19?" The revival, growth, and small groups and student training, which were the center of the past Korean church, are gradually declining. At this time, research is urgently needed to pursue the essential value of the gospel and to enable continuous church growth through the direction of the ministry of Korean churches and the management and maturity of saints. This study has sufficient meaning at a time when the ministry should carry the gospel and move toward the world to suit their culture and the times. Therefore, through this study, after Corona 19, it presents the most suitable pastoral alternatives for the crisis situation of Korean churches, and examines the problems of education, one-on-one mentoring, and mentoring apprenticeship that only a small number of people have participated in, establishes an official mentoring system for all Christians, not very few, and clarifies that the mentoring ministry is the essential ministry of the church, thereby clarifying its role in relation, serving, and managing mentoring. "Mentoring Pastoral Society" was the center of Jesus' ministry, and should be applied to the present era anew to the ministry of mentoring relations toward a soul, starting from Adam and Hawaii to the chiefs, priests, prophets and Jesus to the apostle Paul's ministry. Since this is the essence of the ministry before the post-Corona era, which brought about the phenomenon of non-face-to-face gatherings, it is hoped that it will serve as an opportunity to give new hope to the Korean church through the "mentoring ministry" presented in this study.
