유아기 자녀 어머니의 그림책 읽어주기에 대한 인식과 활용

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate present situation on understanding of picture books by mothers for young children, how many picture books they have, how to purchase, and how to get a information of picture books for young children. This study was based on surveys on mothers for young children. The data were analyzed in to frequency, percentage, χ2 - test by SPSS program. The summary of the results were as follows ; First, The older the mother's age the earlier, as long as their child wanted, it should be prefer to read picture books. And they have more books than other groups, prefered to purchase picture books of daily life related ones, purchase books through books sellers, spend a longer time to read. Second, The mother(Working Mother) prefered to read the earlier, as long as their child wanted and working mother and house wife have more than other group, purchase books through book stores. Third, The higher the mother's graduate level, the earlier, as long as ther child wanted, it should be prefered to read picture books. And they understand that picture books have close relationship with emotion, area and have more books than other group, read a every day, spends a longer time to read, read while questioning on story or picture. Fourth, The younger their child's age, the earlier, as long as their child wanted, it should be prefer to read picture books. And the understand that picture books have close relationship with emotion, area and purchase books through bookstores. Fith, In case their child at kindergarten or child care center they the earlier, as long as their child wanted, it should be prefered to read picture books. And they understand that picture books have close relationship with, emotion area and have more books than their child at institute. And purchase they through bookstores and reads, a longer, reads a everyday, read while questioning on story or picture.
