The Ethnic Kazakh communities had been established in contemporary Kazakhstan, Xinjiang region in west-north China and neighbouring regions of Russia-Kazakhstan front lines. Russian(soviet) and Qing(Chinese) Ruling had played big role of changing life pattern of Kazakh ethnic groups as a part of major Muslim communities. Imperial Russian & Soviet Ruling to Ethnic Kazakh groups created contemporary Kazakhstani Russianized- Kazakh culture. And Qing Empire & modern chinese Ruling to the Ethnic Kazakh in Xinjiang had created different pattern of ethnic Kazakh culture and community, based on traditional structures and cultures, which has been contrasted those of contemporary Kazakhstani Kazakh Community.
