이 연구는 영재기업인의 핵심역량을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 차세대 영재기업인의 인재상을 정립하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 중요사건기법, 행동사건면접, SME 인터뷰, 전문가협의회 등이 시행되어 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 차세대 영재기업인에 대한 개념적 정의에 따라 인재의 바람직한 모습을 설정하고, Role Model로부터 핵심적인 역량을 도출하였다. 문헌연구, 중요사건기법, 행동사건면접, SME 인터뷰를 통하여 총 13개의 역량을 도출하고, 도출된 역량을 귀납적 로직트리 방식을 활용하여 영재성, 지식재산전문역량, 학습역량, 기업가 역량의 4가지 그룹으로 분류하였다. 둘째, 각 역량별로 개념 정의 및 행동지표를 설정하고 그룹핑하여 최종적으로 10개 역량이 차세대 영재기업인의 역량으로 도출되었으며, 이를 토대로 인재상을 설정하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 1) 영재기업인의 핵심역량 설정방법, 2) 차세대 영재기업인의 조기선발 및 육성, 3) 차세대 영재기업인 교육과정개발에 관한 연구를 후속연구로 제언하였다.
Abstract
The research was performed for the purpose that draws the core competencies of he next generation gifted entrepreneurs and defines the right person. We arrived the conclusion through critical incident technique, behavioral event interviews, SME interview, Experts conference. First, the desirable talented person was created by the definition of the next generation gifted entrepreneurs and the core competencies were derived from Role Models. Through literary research, critical incident technique, behavioral event interviews, SME interviews, a total of 13 competencies were derived. Derived abilities were classified into 4 major groups, the giftedness, intellectual property expertise, learning skills, entrepreneurial skills. Second, concept of each competencies and behavioral indicators were set by the grouping of the 10 competencies of the next generation gifted entrepreneurs and created the right person based on it. Based on the results of these studies, we recommend the study on 1) how to set up the core competencies of the gifted entrepreneurs 2) Early selection and training of the next generation gifted entrepreneurs 3) the study of curriculum development for next generation gifted entrepreneurs.
