영성지능이 영역초월행동에 미치는 영향: 일의 의미와 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

본 연구의 목적은 영성지능이 영역초월행동에 미치는 과정에서 일의 의미와 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사무직 근로자 428명의 자료를 가지고 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 기술통계 분석 및 직접효과와 매개효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사무직 근로자의 영성지능은 일의 의미, 자기효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 사무직 근로자의 영성지능이 영역초월행동에는 직접적으로 영향을 끼치지 않았으나, 일의 의미와 자기효능감을 매개로 영역초월행동에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 사무직 근로자들의 영성지능 발현이 불확실한 현대 조직의 경쟁력을 확보하고, 구성원의 긍정적인 개인행동의 변화를 모색하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 또한 조직 구성원들이 지각하는 일의 의미와 자기효능감이 영성지능과 영역초월행동 사이에 주요한 역할을 한다는 점에서 해당 변인의 실질적 효과성이 논의될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Abstract

This study analyzed the structural relationship between meaning of work and self-efficacy to explore psychological factors that mediate each variable in the relationship between spiritual intelligence, boundary spanning behavior of office workers. This study collected survey data from 428 office workers, and used the statistical package of SPSS 26.0, AMOS 26.0 to analyze the direct and indirect effects of technical statistics, reliability, validity, research model, and total effects of indirect effects. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the spiritual intelligence of office workers had a positive(+) effect on meaning of work, and self-efficacy. Second, while spiritual intelligence did not directly influence boundary spanning behavior among office workers, it was found that the perception of the meaning of work and self-efficacy of office workers had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between spiritual intelligence and boundary spanning behavior. It is expected that the expression of spiritual intelligence of office workers can provide useful implications for securing the competitiveness of uncertain modern organizations and establishing measures that can help individual career development. In addition, through the recognition of the meaning of office workers' work and self-efficacy, it is possible to expect a change in personal behavior in which spiritual intelligence leads to boundary spanning behavior.
