DBAE의 재조명을 통한 미술과 교육과정에서 내용의 의미와 구성 방안 모색

초록

DBAE는 미술이라는 학문에 기반하여 미술과 교육과정의 내용과 방법을 구성한다는 관점으로 현재 미술과 교육과정의 토대를 제공하였다. 이를 통해 미술과의 고유한 내용과 방법을 체계화하고 미술과의 위상을 제고하고 정당화하는데 기여했다. 본 논문에서 DBAE에 기반한 미술과 교육과정 구성의 실제와 국내외 교육과정의 내용 비교하여 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 미술과 교육과정 내용 구성을 위해서 1) 미술과의 모체 학문을 정의하고 학문 영역간의 관계와 조직에 대한 논의, 2) 각 영역별 개념 과 원리를 어떻게 도출할 것인가에 대한 기초 연구, 3) 교과 내용의 의미와 범주에 대한 합의, 4) 미술과의 고유한 가치와 정체성을 고려해야 한다.

Abstract

DBAE provided the foundation for the current art curriculum from the perspective of constructing the contents and methods of the art curriculum based on the study of art. Through this, it contributed to systematizing the unique contents and methods of the visual art and enhancing and justifying the status of the art subject education. In this paper, the actual composition of the art curriculum based on DBAE and the composition of the contents of the domestic and foreign curriculum were examined. As a result, for the composition of art and curriculum content, 1) the parent studies of art and discussions on relationships and organizations between academic fields, 2) basic research on how to derive concepts and principles for each area, 3) consensus on meaning and category, and 4)intrinsic value and identity with art should be considered.
