ADHD 아동의 학교기반 중재를 위한 교사교육 프로그램 구성의 예비연구

초록

본 연구는 ADHD 아동을 위한 학교기반 중재 교사교육 프로그램을 구성하기 위해 초등 교사 들을 대상으로 ADHD에 대한 인식과 교사교육 프로그램에 대한 설문지를 실시하여 기초자료를 수집하고, 그 결과와 선행연구를 바탕으로 교사교육 프로그램을 구성하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 대구, 구미의 3개 초등학교 교사 80명이다. 설문지는 교사의 ADHD에 대한 인식과 교사교육 프 로그램의 내용과 진행에 대한 요구, 그리고 ADHD 지식척도로 구성하였다. 연구결과 교사들은 ADHD의 증상/진단에 대한 지식이 가장 높았고, 중재에 대한 지식이 가장 낮았다. 교사들은 학 급에서 ADHD 아동을 정확하게 선별하였으나, ADHD 아동의 교육에 자신감은 부족하였다. ADHD 아동의 교육에 자신감을 보인 교사가 그렇지 않은 교사보다 ADHD 지식이 유의하게 높 아, 교사의 ADHD 지식이 ADHD 아동의 교육에 대한 자신감에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 교 사교육 프로그램의 내용으로는 산만한 행동 다루기, 원만한 또래관계 형성하기, 싸움과 다툼 다 루기, 우울․분노 등 정서문제 다루기, 지시에 따르지 않는 행동 다루기를 원하였다. 교사교육 프 로그램은 2주에 1회, 1시간 씩, 총 5회의 직접적인 역할 훈련으로 구성하였다

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine elementary school teacher's perception of ADHD children through teacher education program questionair. And the other purpose was compose to teacher education program for ADHD. The subjects were 80 elementary school teacher in Seoul, Daegu, and Gumi. Questionair comprised of teacher's perception of ADHD, ADHD Knowledge scale, and needs of program's contents and program's progress. The findings from this study were summarized as follows. Teachers who have a strong sense of ADHD children education received higher ADHD knowledge scale score than those who did not. So teacher's ADHD knowledge have an affect on confidence of ADHD children education. What teachers wanted for education's contents were dealing with inattention behavior, making peer relationship, dealing with struggle and quarrel, dealing with emotional problems such as depression․anger, and dealing with act of disobedience.
