Abstract
These case studies have been operated to figure out interactions of strategies and organizational structure, performance of the successful Sangju oesseo cooperative and to verify the cause of business growth of regional agricultural cooperative and to build a well-tuned operating cooperative’s model. The findings are as follows: First, The study shows that Cost leadership strategy from economies of scale through their active joint marketing has increased their revenue by 21% because of increased bargaining power in the market. Second, It is Differentiation strategy for justifies a price premium by a pooling system and joint brand for quality improvement of the products which increase customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. Third, One of the most basic notions in business is that strategy focused organizational structures which compensate in proportion to one's contribution to improvement in quality and quantity.
