Abstract
K cooperative, Pa-ju, Gyonggi, enforced a ballot to dissolve the cooperative. 1,590(77.3 %) members out of 2,056 attended the vote and 88% of the voters approved to dissolve their cooperative, and the result was passed by the minister of Agriculture on 8th May. In accordance with the circumstances, this report will analyze the conflict factors of K cooperative and search solution to prevent the break up of another cooperatives We diagnosed the organization’s internal problems by direct questioning. For external research, we measured the members’ satisfaction index on K cooperative to conclude the present problems by analyzing factors on members’ mind. In conclusion, this report examined the immanent conflict in local cooperatives, the conflict developing progress among K co-op and its members and the solutions for the present situation.
