협동조합의 성장과 학습관리 양상에 관한 탐색적 연구: 안산의료복지사회적협동조합 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 학습관리라는 개념으로 협동조합의 다양한 학습활동과 성장과정을 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 안산의료복지사회적협동조합(안산의료사협)을 사례로 조합원이 참여하는 다양한 학습활동과 실천경험에 주목하여 학습관리의 양상과 특성, 전개과정을 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 안산의료사협의 성장과정은 적극적 학습관리의 과정으로 해석할 수 있었으며, 그 전개는 학습관리의 출발-실행-도약-전환의 단계로 구분할 수 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 안산의료사협에서 나타난 학습관리의 세 가지 특성을 도출하였다. 첫째, 안산의료사협은 조합원 구성의 분화에 따라 학습관리의 전략을 다양화했다. 둘째, 안산의료사협은 활동가조합원이라는 명확한 주체를 설정하고, 생협학교와 대의원학교 등 학습관리의 형식성을 강화했다. 셋째, 안산의료사협은 조합원실 개방과 소모임 활동 지원 등을 통해 주체 생산의 거점을 다변화하는 학습관리를 추구했다.
Abstract
This study aims to understand the various learning activities and development process of Cooperatives from the perspective of learning management. We conducted a case study of Ansan Medical Welfare Social Cooperative (AMWSC) to explore features, characteristics, and development of learning management, focusing on the various learning activities and practical experiences in which members participate. We found that the development process of the AMWSC is closely related to the active management of learning activities among members. We discerned the development of learning management into four stages; Starting – Execution – Leap - Transition. This paper also derived three characteristics of learning management. First, AMWSC diversified the learning management strategy as the members differentiated. Second, AMWSC strengthened the formality of learning management as enthusiastic members established. Third, AMWSC diversified the base of learning management by opening a small member gathering place and supporting various small group activities.
