조합원제도 변화에 따른 지역농협 사업의 고찰 - 조합원수 변화와 사업성과와의 관계를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 조합원제도와 지역농협 사업의 상호영향력 분석을 위해 지역농협 사업별 실적･경영성과및 배분과 준조합원 및 조합원 수를 변수로 하여 변수들 간 상관분석과 회귀분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 복수조합원제도 도입 전에는 조합원 수와 사업실적의 상관계수가 부의 상관이 있었으나 도입후에는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 준조합원제도는 모든 사업실적을 높일 뿐만 아니라 사업성과도 높아 배당도 많아지는 등 사업 성장에 크게 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 복수조합원제도의 도입은 판매사업의 집중도가 크게 증가하였다. 복수조합원제도 도입 전에는 모든 변수가 조합원 수 변화에 영향을 미치지 않았다고 볼 수 있으나, 복수조합원 도입 후에는 농가인구와 교육지원 사업실적이 조합원 수에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 농가인구는 준 조합원제도 도입 이후 조합원 수 증가에, 준 조합원 수는 감소에 1% 수준에서 강한 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 복수조합원 수 증가에 영향을 주는 사업은 경제사업과 교육지원사업에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조합원 수에 대한 준 조합원 수 비율 증가에 영향을 주는 사업은 경제사업인데 이중 특히 마트 사업의 영향이 크게 나타났다.
Abstract
This research conducted correlation and regression analysis of the mutual influence between the cooperative member system and the business of the regional agricultural cooperative (RAC). The analysis showed that before the introduction of the multiplemember system, there was a negative correlation between the number of members and business performance, but after the introduction, there was no correlation. The associate member system not only increases all business performances but also leads to increased dividends, significantly influencing business growth. The introduction of the multiple-member system greatly increased the concentration of sales business. Before the introduction of the multiple-member system, it can be seen that no variable affected the change in the number of members, but after the introduction of the system, it was found that the rural population and the performance of educational support projects significantly influenced the number of members. The farm population showed strong negative effects on the increase in the number of members and a decrease in the number of members at the 1% level after the introduction of the associate member system. Economic and educational business support projects were found to influence the increase in the number of multiple members. Economic business, especially mart operations, had a significant impact, particularly on the increase in the ratio of associate members to members.
