본 연구는 협동조합 기업가정신 교육의 실천적 전환 가능성을 탐색하기 위해, 스페인 몬드라곤대학교의 팀프러너십(Teampreneurship) 교육 사례를 질적으로 분석하고, ‘기업가정신 여정(Entrepre neurship Journey)’ 모델을 제안하였다. 기존 기업가정신 및 협동조합 교육은 이론 전달에 치중하여 실행 경험과 정체성 형성 유도에 한계가 있었다. 본 연구는 LEINN International을 수료한 한국인 졸업생 6인을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하고, 구성주의 근거이론에 기반하여 여섯 가지 실천적 핵심 요소를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 학습자의 자율적 도전, 실행, 성찰, 피드백 순환을 구조화한‘기업가정신 여정’ 모델을 개발하였다. 본 모델은 협동조합 기업가정신 교육에서 민주적 리더십, 공동 가치 실현, 협력적 문제 해결 역량을 실천적으로 체득할 수 있도록 지원한다. 본 연구는 실천 중심 기업가정신 교육모델을 이론적으로 구조화하고, 협동조합 교육을 실행 기반으로 전환할 수 있는실천적 대안을 제시했다.
Abstract
This study explores the possibility of a practical transformation in cooperative entre preneurship education by qualitatively analyzing the Teampreneurship program at Mondragon University in Spain, and proposes the “Entrepreneurship Journey” model. Existing entrepreneurship and cooperative education programs have focused on theoret ical knowledge delivery, with limited effectiveness in fostering the practical experience and identity formation of learners. This study conducted in-depth interviews with six Korean graduates of the LEINN International program and applied a constructivist grounded theory approach to identify six core elements of practical learning. Based on these findings, the “Entrepreneurship Journey” model was developed, structuring a cycle of autonomous challenges, execution, reflection, and feedback for learners. The model supports the practical acquisition of democratic leadership, collective value realization, and collaborative problem-solving skills in cooperative entrepreneurship education. This study theoretically structured a practical entrepreneurship education model and provided an applied framework for shifting cooperative education toward action-based learning.
