본 연구는 협동조합 참여가 도시재생의 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향을 빅데이터 분석기법을 활용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 기존 연구가 주로 사례 중심의 질적연구에 의존해온 한계를 극복하고자, 본 논문은 텍스트 마이닝 기반의 정량적 분석틀을 도입하였다. 협동조합 및 도시재생과 관련된 총9,765건의 학술 문헌을 수집하여 단어 빈도분석, TF-IDF, N-gram, 네트워크 분석, CONCOR 군집화 기법을 통해 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 협동조합 참여는 ‘공동체 활성화’, ‘주민 참여’, ‘사회적 가치 실현’ 등의 핵심 개념과 높은 연관성을 가지며, 도시재생 담론 내에서 중심적인 위치를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 협동조합 관련 정책 수립과 지속가능한 도시재생을위한 전략 방향 마련에 있어 유의미한 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between cooperative participation and the social outcomes of urban regeneration through a big data analysis approach. To address the limitations of prior research that heavily relied on case-based qualitative methods, this paper adopts a quantitative framework utilizing text mining techniques. A total of 9,765 academic articles related to cooperatives and urban regeneration were collected and analyzed using frequency analysis, TF-IDF, N-gram, network analysis, and CONCOR clustering. The results indicate that cooperative participation is strongly associated with core concepts such as community revitalization, resident engagement, and social value realization, demonstrating its centrality within the urban regeneration discourse. These findings offer meaningful insights for the development of cooperative-related policies and strategic directions for sustainable urban regeneration.
