초록

자폐스팩트럼장애 아동들에게 사회적 상황 안에서의 적절한 행동기술들을 가르치기 위한 중재방법으로서 사회상황 이야기의 효과가 상당한 지지를 받고 있다. 본 연구는 자폐스팩트럼장애로 진단 받은 3명의 아동을 대상으로, 자유놀이환경 제시상황에서의 적절한 자기결정 표현행동 증진을 위한 비디오 활용 사회상황 이야기 중재의 효과를 연구하였다. 연구설계는 중재대상간 다중기초선설계를 사용하였으며, 표적행동에 대한 자료수집은 스스로 원하는 놀이교실을 선택하고 그에 대한 구어표현을 나타내기까지 요구되는 교사의 촉구정도를 측정하였다. 연구결과, 비디오 활용 사회상황 이야기는 자폐스팩트럼장애 아동들의 자유놀이환경 선택상황에서의 자기결정 표현행동의 증가를 나타냈다.

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorders is characterized by major deficits in social skills, which relates closely to social competence and independence in life of an individual. The present study examined the effect of video modeled social story strategy to support self-determination of children with autism spectrum disorders. Using a multiple baseline design across subjects, the study targeted teaching self-determination skills to the subjects through a video modeled social story strategy with peer mediation. The results showed that the intervention increased the level of self-determination with all the subjects.
