대학과 산업체간 경쟁력 향상을 위해 지역을 기반으로 한 수요자 중심의 신(新)산학협력 체제 구축의 기치 아래 산학협력중심대학 육성사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산학협력중심대학 육성사업 중에서 산학협력형 대학으로 전환하기 위한 산학협력 교육프로그램 개편의 세부사업을 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 방향을 도출하고, 지역 기업체의 혁신역량을 제공할 수 있는 정책방향을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다.구체적으로 본 연구는 충북 지역의 기업체를 대상으로 산학협력 교육프로그램 및 산학협력체제 구축 현안에 관한 수요관계가 어떻게 존재하는 지를 업종별로 실증적 분석을 했다. 본 산학협력 교육프로그램 및 산학협력체제 구축 현안의 수요관계에 대한 실증분석 연구를 통해 산학간의 긴밀한 협력체제 구축에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다.
Abstract
The promotion of industrial education universities are executed under the basic propensity of establishing a new industrial education system. It is based in local areas for the improvement of competition between industries and universities, and it is centered around the actual users. In this research, among the promotions of the industrial education universities, we aimed to derive a direction that could be a guidance to the successful execution of detailed business which worked for the conversion to the industrial cooperative universities. Also it aimed to seek out for a political direction which can provide innovative capability of local companies. More precisely, In this research, with the subject of companies of Chungbuk area, the actual analysis of the existing demands related to industrial cooperative education university establishment by each type of business was conducted. Through the actual analysis research on the demand relationship of currently unsolved issues on the establishment of industrial cooperative educational programs and the establishment of industrial cooperative system, we believed that we can provide meaningful suggestions regarding the establishment of the close cooperative system between industrial education universities.
