시지각 프로그램 훈련이 발달장애아동의 일상생활활동에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 발달장애아동을 대상으로 시지각 프로그램 훈련을 적용하였을 때 시지각 기능과 일상생활활동에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 선정 기준에 따라 발달장애 진단을 받은 장애아동 20명을 대상으로 실험군 10명과 대조군 10명으로 나누어 실시하였다. 6주 동안의 시지각 프로그램 훈련 전ㆍ후에 대한 대상자들의 시지각 기능을 알아보고자 K-DTVP 2로 검사를 시행하였고, 대상자들의 일상생활활동 수행능력을 알아보고자 WeeFIM을 측정하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 시지각 프로그램 훈련을 포함한 작업치료 중재 집단과 기능 중심의 작업치료 집단의 시지각 기능과 일상생활활동 수행능력은 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보여(p<.05), 시지각 프로그램 훈련이 포함된 작업치료 중재가 기능 중심의 작업치료보다 시지각 기능과 일상생활활동 수행능력을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study is aimed to know any effects of visual perceptual training on the activities of daily living(ADL) of the children with developmental disorder. 20 children, being diagnosed with developmental disabilities, were chosen and then divided into halves as test group and control group complying with selection criteria. Those subjects were put under K-DTVP 2 test to see their visual perceptual function before and after the 6 weeks’ visual perceptual training, and then put to WeeFIM measurement to see their performance ability in ADL. The results of this study is as follows: the visual perceptual function and ADL performance ability in occupational therapy intervention group including visual perception training and function centered occupational therapy group showed statistically significant difference(p<.05), proving the occupational therapy intervention with visual perceptual training increased visual perceptual function and ADL performance ability more than function centered occupational therapy.
