일상생활 행동기록을 통한 생활시설 장애인의 특성과 요구사항 분석

본 연구는 장애인생활시설의 일상생활 행동기록을 분석하여 장애인과 재활교사들의 특성 및 요구사항을 알아보고자 하였다. 장애인 118명과 재활교사 38명을 대상으로 하였으며, 20개월 동안의 행동기록을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활시설 장애인들은 감기증상, 소변실수, 짜증내며 울기, 대변실수, 가벼운 상처, 두통, 변비, 간질환 등의 특이행동을 나타내었다. 둘째, 행동중재를 요하는 특이행동은 93.11%, 의료중재를 요하는 특이행동은 6.83%로 보고되었다. 셋째, 생활시설 장애인의 환경정보에서는 약물투여, 프로그램의 참여, 학교활동 등이 높은 비율로 나타났다. 넷째, 재활교사들의 일상생활 행동기록 작성율은 40.97%, 월누가 기록 작성율은 78.04%로 나타났다. 따라서 생활시설 장애인을 위한 배변영역 및 건강영역 등의 기초생활 서비스 강화와 함께 행동문제를 효과적으로 중재할 전문가로서의 생활재활교사 양성이 필요하다. 또한 생활시설 장애인의 행동과 환경정보를 기록, 분석할 수 있는 시스템 기반이 확립되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and needs of the persons with disabilities and their teachers in the residential facilities. We analyzed the daily living records of 20 months. The result of the study was as follows: First, they frequently showed the symptoms of colds, piss problem, crying, feces problem, light injuries, headaches, stomachaches, constipations, and liver diseases. Second, 93.11% of behavior problems was found to require behavior treatment and 6.83% to require medical treatment. Third, their living environment contained medication, participation of programs and school activities. Forth, 40.97% of daily living records and 78.04% of monthly living records were done by teachers. Therefore the daily living recording system for teachers should be improved.
