증거 기반 실제에 근거한 지적장애학생의 사회적 기술 관련 실험연구의 특징 분석

이 연구는 증거 기반 실제에 근거한 지적장애학생의 사회적 기술 관련 중재프로그램의 특징을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 문제는 지적장애학생의 사회적 기술 관련 실험연구의 일반적인 특징(연구 대상, 독립변인, 종속변인, 연구 설계)은 어떠한가, 증거 기반 실제의 질적 지표에 근거한 지적장애학생의 사회적 기술 관련 실험연구의 질적 특징(맥락 또는 상황, 연구 대상, 중재자, 실험처치에 대한 설명, 실행 충실성, 결과측정/종속변인, 자료 분석)은 어떠한가이다. 최종 분석 논문은 2008년부터 2018년까지 한국연구재단 등재 학술지와 등재후보 학술지에 게재된 국내 지적장애학생의 사회적 기술 관련 실험연구 25편이며, 연구자 2인이 분석자 신뢰도를 90% 이상 확보한 이후에 일반적 특징과 증거 기반 실제의 질적 지표에 따라 각각 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 대상은 참여 인원 10명 미만이 가장 많고, 성별은 남학생 대상 연구가 많으며, 독립변인은 미술치료, 사회적 기술 중재, 학습모형 적용 순으로 많고, 종속변인은 사회적 행동, 학업 기술, 문제행동, 의사소통 순으로 많았다. 연구 설계는 집단설계연구가 단일대상연구보다 많으며, 신뢰도를 표기한 논문이 많고, 타당도와 중재충실도는 표기하지 않은 논문이 많았다. 둘째, 분석 대상 논문 25편 중 증거 기반 실제의 질적 지표 모두를 충족한 연구는 없었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the experimental research on the social skills of students with intellectual disabilities based on the quality indicators of evidence-based practices. 25 experimental research studies published from 2008 to 2018 were analyzed using the quality indicators of evidence-based practices developed by CEC(2014). The quality indicators of evidence-based practices include context and setting, participants, intervention agent, description of practice, implementation fidelity, internal validity, outcome measures/dependent variables, and data analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were 19 experimental group comparison design studies and 5 single-subject experimental design studies. And there were 16 studies(64%) did not specify the validity, and 9 studies(80%) did not indicate implementation fidelity. Second, There were no studies that fulfill all the quality indicators of evidence-based practices.
