자폐성장애아동에 대한 상황이야기 중재 국내연구의 동향

본 연구는 상황이야기 중재가 자폐성장애아동들에게 미치는 효과를 알아보고 향후 연구를 위한 방향과 과제를 제시하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2001년부터 2012년 사이의 국내 석․ 박사 논문 및 학술지에 게재된 실험연구 중 선정 기준에 맞는 30편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석논문의 연구 대상 연령은 만 7～12세, 언어능력은 만 1∼6세의 경도 자폐성 장애학생이 주류를 이루었으며 실험 환경은 특수학급이 가장 많았다. 연구 설계 방법은 중다기초선 설계가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 일반화와 중재 충실도, 사회적 타당도를 측정하지 않은 논문이 많았다. 독립변인은 단일 제시와 병행 제시로 나누어 분석이 실시되었는데 단일 제시 중 책의 제시 형태가 가장 많았으며 그 다음으로 멀티미디어, 상황전개카드였다. 병행 제시로는 모두 책과 함께 병행되었으며 그 요소로는 비디오, 손인형, 노래, 녹음테이프였다. 종속변인은 사회적 상호작용, 문제행동, 사회적 의사소통으로 범주화하여 분석하였으며 사회적 상호작용이 가장 많았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 볼 때, 향후 대상자와 설계방법, 독립변인의 다양화, 중재 충실도와 사회적 타당도의 측정 등을 고려한 다양한 연구가 실행되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze studies that the intervention effects of social stories in students with autistic disorders conducted from 2001 to 2012 in order to present the trend of the studies and future study tasks. Based on the results of the analyses, first, many studies were conducted on subjects at ages for 7∼12, at linguistic ability for 1∼6 ages, mild autistic disorders. Second, frequently used forms or study designs were multiple baseline designs, reliability and maintenance were substantially measured in many studies while generalization and social validity were not measured in most or the studies. The mostly independent variable is books. Dependent variable is share of three part that social interaction, behavior problem, social communication. The mostly dependent variable is social interaction. Based on these result, the diversification of subjects and design methods and fidelity of invention and the measurement of social validity should be considered later.
