잠재계층분석을 통한 청소년의 문제행동 경험유형에 관한 연구

초록

본 연구는 잠재계층분석을 통한 청소년의 문제행동 경험유형을 도출하고, 다항로지스틱회귀분석을 통해 그들의 특성변인이 잠재계층 유형에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한 것이다. 그 결과 첫째, 청소년들의 문제행동 경험유형은 ‘안전형’, ‘잠재형’, ‘위험형’ 집단으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 청소년들의 특성변인에 따른 잠재계층 영향요인은 다음과 같다. 학업성적수준이 낮고, 심리적 불안감이 높고, 유해환경접촉기회가 많고, 부모관계와 친구관계가 부정적인 청소년들이 ‘안전형’에 비해 ‘잠재형’과 ‘위험형’ 집단에 포함될 경향성이 높았다. ‘위험형’ 집단의 문제행동 지표 중에서도 가출경험, 폭력가해, 절도가해, 무단결석피해, 교사학대피해 등은 다른 지표 수준에 비해 문제행동 경험요인이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 신중한 논의와 함께 현장에서 청소년들을 교육․상담할 때 그들이 갖고 있는 특성변인을 고려하여 문제행동을 예측하고 문제행동을 예방하는데 필요한 경험적 자료가 될 것이다.

Abstract

This study is to draw problem behavior experience types of youth through latent class analysis, and to investigate how their characteristic variables affect types by latent classes through multinomial logistic regression analysis. As a result, first, problem behavior experience types of youth are classified into ‘a safety group’, ‘a latent group’, and ‘a risk group’. Second, influence factors by latent classes according to characteristic variables of youth are as follows. The tendency that youth with low school record, high psychological anxiety, high opportunity to contact a noxious environment, and low positive relations with parents and friends belongs to ‘the latent group’ and ‘the risk group’ is higher than the tendency that youth belongs to ‘the safety group’. Especially, male adolescents of ‘the latent group’ are more than male adolescents of ‘the safety group’, and inclination-oriented attitude and self-worth of ‘the latent group’ are higher than inclination-oriented attitude and self-worth of ‘the safety group’. Therefore, this study can be used as empirical data to prevent problem behaviors by considering characteristic factors of youth and then predicting problem behaviors on educating and counselling youth at a practical scene.
