본 연구에서는 사망확률을 고려한 확률적 모형을 통해 국민연금 수익비를 추정한다. 젠센부등식을 통하여 기존의 기대여명을 고려한 수익비 산출방식이 사망확률로 산출한 수익비보다 과대 추정될 수 있음을 보였다. 확률적 모형을 통한 수익비 분석은 장수리스크의 불확실성에 대한 위험을 산출할 수 있게 한다. 확정연금 방식은 평균적인 개념만 제시하지만 사망확률을 고려한 보험수리적 현가 방식은 분포를 통해 평균뿐만 아니라 분산 등 다양한 통계지표들을 제공한다. 분포를 통해 수익비의 변동성과 Value at risk에 대한 정보를 제시함으로써 기존 연구들과 차별성이 있다.
Abstract
In this study, the cost-benefit ratio of the national pension is estimated through a stochastic model considering the probability of death. By using Jensen's inequality, it was shown that the existing cost-benefit ratio calculation method considering life expectancy can be overestimated than the ratio calculated by the probability of death. The estimation of cost-benefit ratio through a stochastic model makes it possible to calculate the uncertainty of longevity risk. The result of the defined annuity method presents only the concept of average, but the actuarial approach considering the probability of death has the advantage of being able to analyze not only the average but also various statistics such as variance. Previous studies have not dealt with providing information on the volatility and value at risk through the distribution.
