본 연구에서는 최근 10년간(2015년∼2024년) 국내에서 발표된 ADHD학생 지원관련 연구의 현황과 지원요구 및 지원방안을 파악하기 위해 학술논문 34편과 학위논문 24편을 분석하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지원관련 연구는 주로 특수교육학 분야 연구자들이 ADHD 진단을 받은 초등학교 학생을 대상으로 중재관련 조사연구를 수행한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지원요구는 학생, 부모, 교사, 기타 순으로 지원방안은 학생, 기타, 교사, 부모 순으로 많이 제시되었다. 셋째, 학생에 대한 지원요구는 행동조절, 증상개선, 심리정서 지지, 기타, 사회성 증진, 학업성취 순으로 지원방안은 행동조절, 증상개선, 심리정서 지지, 사회성 증진, 기타, 학업성취 순으로 많이 제시되었다. 넷째, 교사에 대한 지원요구는 교육, 심리 지지 및 지원, 훈련, 기타 순으로 지원방안은 교육, 훈련, 심리 지지 및 지원 순으로 많이 나타났다. 다섯째, 부모에 대한 지원요구는 심리 지지 및 지원, 기타, 교육, 훈련 순으로 지원방안은 심리 지지 및 지원, 훈련, 교육, 기타 순으로 많이 나타났다. 여섯째, 기타로는 학교⋅가정⋅지역사회 차원 및 국가 제도⋅정책적 차원의 다양한 지원요구와 지원방안이 제시되었다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 ADHD학생 지원과 관련된 후속연구의 방향과 ADHD학생 및 교사, 부모를 위한 지원방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
In this study, the results of analyzing 34 academic papers and 24 dissertations to identify the current status of research on support for ADHD students and the needs and methods for support published in Korea over the past 10 years (2015–2024) are as follows. First, the research on support was mainly conducted by researchers in the field of special education on intervention-related surveys targeting elementary school students diagnosed with ADHD. Second, the support needs were frequently presented in the order of students, parents, teachers, and others, and the support methods were frequently presented in the order of students, others, teachers, and parents. Third, the support needs for students were frequently presented in the order of behavior control, symptom improvement, psychological and emotional support, others, sociality enhancement, and academic achievement, and the support methods were frequently presented in the order of behavior control, symptom improvement, psychological and emotional support, sociality enhancement, others, and academic achievement. Fourth, the support needs for teachers were frequently presented in the order of education, psychological support and assistance, training, and others, and the support methods were frequently presented in the order of education, training, psychological support and assistance. Fifth, the support needs for parents were mostly in the order of psychological support and assistance, others, education, and training, and the support methods were mostly in the order of psychological support and assistance, training, education, and others. Sixth, various other support needs and support methods were presented at the school, family, community levels, and the national system and policy levels. Finally, based on these research results suggest directions for follow-up research related to support for ADHD students and support methods for ADHD students, teachers, and parents.
