특수교육 분야의 ADHD 연구 동향 분석: 국내 학술지를 중심으로

이 연구는 국내 특수교육 분야의 최근 ADHD 연구의 경향적 특성을 고찰하기 위해 2011 년부터 2020년까지 특수교육 분야 학술지 5종에 게재된 140편의 관련논문을 전체 시기와 전반기(2011년∼2015년)와 후반기(2016년∼2020년)로 구분하여 키워드 네트워크 분석과 내 용분석을 실시했고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최근 10년 동안의 ADHD 연구 경향을 대 표하는 핵심 키워드는 사회적 기술, 과잉행동, 문제행동, 부모교육, 아동, 주의력결핍, 위험 군, 주의집중력, 실행기능, 인지 등으로 나타났고 시기별로 상이한 연구경향을 보인다. 둘째, ADHD 연구는 ADHD로 진단된 아동의 증상과 학업 및 행동에 대한 인지, 예술치료적 중재 에 초점을 둔 실험연구와 조사연구를 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며 최근 게재논문의 수는 다 소 감소하고 있으나 ADHD 위험집단과 ADHD 성인, 기능 증진, 부모교육 등에 대한 관심은 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 따라서 ADHD 아동과 가장 밀접한 관련이 있는 특수교육 분 야에서 ADHD 학생들의 진단과 행동중재, 학업성취를 포함한 교육적 성취를 적극 지원할 뿐만 아니라 특별한 교육적 어려움을 가지는 ADHD 학생들이 특수교육 대상자로 선정되어 정당한 편의를 제공받을 수 있도록, 그 필요성과 당위성에 대한 연구 노력 또한 아끼지 않 아야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to examine the ADHD research trends of academic journals of special education field over a recent 10 year period by utilizing keyword network analysis and content analysis method. For this purpose, key words of 140 papers from 5 journals of special education field published in 2011∼2020 were analyzed by dividing published papers into the first half (2011∼2015) and the second half (2016∼2020). Also 140 papers were analyzed in research subjects, theme, types, methods, independent & dependent variables, and intervention periods. The major findings were as follows. First, the core keywords representing the research trend in the last 10 years were social skills, hyperactivity, problem behavior, parental education, children, attention deficit, risk group, attentional concentration, executive function, and cognition. Second, ADHD research is centered on experimental and research studies focusing on cognitive and artistic therapy interventions for symptoms, schoolwork and behavior of children diagnosed with ADHD Although the number of published papers has recently decreased somewhat, interest in ADHD risk groups, ADHD adults, function enhancement, and parental education tends to increase. Therefore, in the field of special education that is most closely related to ADHD children, it is necessary to actively support ADHD students' diagnosis, behavioral intervention, and educational achievement. In addition, research efforts on the necessity and legitimacy of ADHD students with special educational difficulties should be selected as special education students and provided with reasonable accommodation.
