여성의 심리적, 영적 특성을 고려한 효과적인 교육목회의 방향성 접근

본 논문은 여성의 심리적, 영적 특성에 대한 긍정적 논의를 통해 여성의특성을 탐구하고, 여성 고유의 자질들을 개발하기 위한 효과적인 교육목회의 원리와 실천적 과제들을 제시하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저심리적, 영적으로 여성들은 어떤 특징을 가지고 있는지를 살펴보고, 여성의 정체성은 관계성 속에서 형성되며, 돌봄과 배려, 상호주체성은 여성들이 관계를 맺는 원리임을 밝히고 있다. 여성의 특성인 돌봄과 상호관계성,친밀감, 정서적 능력 등은 남성의 특성과 다르다고 하여 차별되어서는 안되며, 존중되어야 할 고유의 특성 혹은 자질임을 강조하고 있다. 최근에대두되고 있는 실천적 연구의 일환으로 여성의 영성과 영적 여정도 관계적 경험에 기초함을 밝히고 있다. 여성의 영성은 경험을 중시하며, 관계성을 추구하고, 이원론적 접근을 넘어서며, 생명중심적이고, 통전적이다. 소외, 일깨움, 관계성과 같은 대표적 이미지들을 중심으로 역동적이고 창조적인 여성의 영적 여정의 특성을 살피고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 여성을 위한 교육목회의 실천적 원리와 과제로 다양성을 고려하는 교육목회, 관계성을 형성하는 교육목회 그리고 통전성을 추구하는 교육목회를 제안하고있다. 본 논문은 교육목회의 장에서 여성들의 특성을 긍정적, 적극적으로격려하고 활용할 수 있는 방법들로 대화, 공감적 경청, 상상력 등을 각종교육활동에서 개발, 활용할 것을 제안하고 있다.
Abstract
This article discusses positively about women’s psychological and spiritual development and suggests practical directions of effective educational ministry for women. The article looks into the characteristics of women’s development and spiritual journey which are grounded in women’s relational experiences. It asserts that the women’s qualities,such as care, interrelationship, intimacy, affection and intuition, cannot be discriminated against, despite they are different from men’s, rather to be respected as unique qualities. In the same sense, the characteristics of women’s spirituality and spiritual journey are explored in their themes and patterns. The article explores women’s spirituality that is characterized as grounding in experience, pursuing relationality, going beyond dualism,life-centered and integration or wholeness. Women’s dynamic, creative and unique spiritual are delineated in three patterns: alienation, awakening and relationality. This article ends with suggestions for the practical tasks of educational ministry for women. Three principles, such as diversity,relationality and wholeness should be considered in every aspect of educational ministry for women. In practice, woman-affirming methods,such as conversation, listening, imagination, are required for an effective educational ministry, particularly for women.
