섬김의 리더십 - 효과적 리더십과 상담을 위한 성경적 접근: 마가복음 10장 35-45절을 중심으로

이 논문의 목적은 군림하고 지배하는 부성적 성향인 권위주의적 리더십과 대조적으로, 모성적 성향인 섬김의 리더십을 연구하고 조명해 보는 것이다. 논문의 연구 방법은 문헌연구를 중심으로 한다. 그 이유는 리더십을 통계로 수치화한다는 것이 난해하기 때문이다. 상담의 사례는 요한복음 13장에 등 장하는 예수의 섬김의 사례를 다루었다. 왜냐하면 상담도 일종의 섬김의 리 더십을발휘할수있는훌륭한수단과방법이될수있기때문이다. 연구의 범위는 섬김의 리더십을 훌륭하게 표현해 주고 있는 마가복음 10장 35-45절 을 중심으로 다루었는데, 연구의 효용성을 위하여 이 본문을 선택하였다. 이 논문의 공헌점을 언급한다면 첫째, 부성적 리더십이 주류를 형성하 는 한국의 사회적 풍토 속에서 모성적 리더십의 유형인 섬김의 리더십을, 성 경의 본문을 근거하여 연구했다는 점이다. 둘째, 논문의 연구를 위한 본문 (막 10:35-45)이 짧은 내용임에도 불구하고, 지도자들에게 필요한 6가지 중요 한 항목들을 찾아내어 상세하게 다루었다는 것이다. 셋째, 기독교 상담학을 섬김의 학문으로 정의하고, 예수께서 몸소 실천하신 섬김의 모범사례를 통 하여 근거를 제시하고 있다는 점이다. 넷째, 섬김의 리더십 논문을 통하여 한국교회와 상담의 영역에서 활용할 수 있는 하나의 효과적인 리더십의 유형 을 제시했다는 점이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this academic paper is to investigate ‘servant leadership’ as a motherly leadership in the New Testament in order to research an effective leadership in the 21st century. The method of this study is to investigate a lot of books (which are) related to the issue of servant leadership. Researcher introduces a biblical case study of Jesus’ counseling in John 13:1-17 of the New Testament because this text presents that Christian counselors can serve those who are in trouble or suffering like Jesus Christ Our Lord. The scope of this paper includes only Mark 10:35-45 because the writer cannot deal with 3 main leadership styles of the Bible within about 12-13 pages. This academic paper consists of four significant items as follows: what is the concept of servant leadership? Biblical background of servant leadership, Christian counseling as a domain of service, and a case study that Jesus talked with Peter in John 13:1-17. The contribution of this thesis is as follows. Firstly, this academic paper presented “servant leadership” as a biblical approach to upgrade the skill and method of communication and counseling. Second, even if text(Mark 10:35-45) is a very short story, researcher presents 6 main characteristics that are significant to leaders who want to show effective leadership among various members. Thirdly, the researcher of this paper thinks of Christian counseling as a science of service and presents various dimensions of service in the text of Jesus’ counseling with Peter in chapter 13 of John.
