교회 안에서 종종 심각한 갈등이 발생하고, 그로 인한 심각한 문제가 표출되곤 한다. 연구자는 리처드 오스머의 실천신학 연구방법론을 사용하여 교회 안에서 발생하는 갈등을 해결할 설교 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 먼저 서술적 과제의 단계에서는 교회 안에서 발생하는 다양한 갈등 유형을 개인의 내적 갈등으로부터 시작하여, 개인과 개인 사이의 갈등, 개인과 집단 사이의 갈등, 그리고 집단과 집단 사이의 갈등으로 구분할 것이다. 두 번째 해석적 과제의 단계에서는 갈등 발생의 동기와 배경을 분석할 것이다. 교회 내에서 갈등이 발생하는 핵심 이유는 교회 구성원들 사이에 신학적인 견해의 차이가 매우 큰 비중을 차지한다. 세 번째 규범적 과제의 단계에서는 앞서 확인한 교회 내 갈등 발생의 문제를 해결할 신학적인 규범의 목표를 확립하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 연구자는 갈등 해결을 위한 신학적인 규범으로 예수 그리스도의 신앙고백 위에 세워진 교회의 일체성, 즉 일치와 연합의 규범을 제시하고자 한다. 마지막 전략적 과제의 단계는 교회의 일치와 연합의 목표에 도달할 실제적인 설교 방안을 마련하고 실행하는 것이다. 연구자는 교회 안에서 발생하는 세 가지 유형의 긴장과 갈등을 해결할 목적으로, 들리는 말씀의 약속과 보이는 말씀의 성취를 연결하는 참여적인 설교를 제안할 것이다.
Abstract
Serious conflicts often arise in the church, and serious problems are often expressed. The researcher seeks a sermon strategy to resolve conflicts in the church in terms of Richard Osmer’s practical theology research methodology. Firstly, in the descriptive task step, the various types of conflicts in the church will, starting with the internal conflicts of individuals, be divided into conflicts between individuals, conflicts between individuals and groups, and conflicts between groups. In the interpretive task step, the motive and background of the conflict will be analyzed in detail. A key reason for conflict within the church is the difference in theological views among church members. The normative task stage will establish the theological normative goal to solve the problem of conflict in the church identified above. As a theological norm for conflict resolution, the researcher will present the unity of the church built on the confession of faith in Jesus Christ. The last strategic task step is to prepare and implement a practical preaching strategy that will reach the goal of church unity and ecumenicity. The researcher will suggest a participatory preaching that could connect the promise of the audible word with the fulfillment of the visible word for the purpose of resolving the three types of tensions and conflicts occurring in the church.
