태권도시범 활동 경험에 대한 현상학적 접근

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the value of Taekwondo earned from the experience of activity in Taekwondo demonstration and to search its reality. For its content, Taekwondo demonstrators of each university was selected as the objects of research and approached through in depth interview which is phenomenological method. So the following results were extracted. First, it showed that classes and club activities of each university were of the important role in course of experiencing Taekwondo demonstration. The demonstration offers an opportunity to meet fresh visual impression of Taekwondo and plays an great role on not only assimilating between seniors and juniors by aesthetic expression but also delivering pleasure of heart. Second, concept of “Taekwondo demonstration” which demonstrators understood was the combination of universal theoretical definition and practical definition learned by experience. This aspect not just suggests the theory of Taekwondo demonstration, but also Taekwondo science furthermore the basis of establishing rationale of principles of physical education. Third, demonstrator place a great deal of Taekwondo value on enhancing the prestige of Korea and completion of personal character. Its reason is that they have mastered not just individual upright act but also the shape of ideal form as martial artist by patriotism aroused wearing Taekwondo uniform representing Korea and individual pride through demonstration. Forth, through demonstration activity experience, it showed that demonstrators have great help such in individual, social , and cultural aspect. It stands for Taekwondo demonstration not simply the externalizing presentation but the implication of internal value.
