이 연구의 목적은 Gadamer의 놀이이론을 바탕으로 스포츠의 몸 움직임에 내재한 감정과 표현을 살펴보고, 신체와 놀이의 연관성을 밝히는 것이다. 스포츠와 댄스스포츠 사이에는 운동과 표현이라는 관점이 신체를 통한 움직임으로 드러난다. 신체는 쾌적감, 긴장, 이완감, 내적 장애감, 해방감등 신체와 타 사물과의 접촉에서 일어나는 현상으로서 감각을 통해서 외부세계와 연결해 주는 역할을 한다. 모든 감각의 세계는 자아와의 접촉점으로서 신체를 통해서만이 존재하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이에 현대사회는 문화의 사회이고, 문화는 인간의 다변적공간이며 휴식처이다. 또한 자아는 신체에서 비롯되는 가치형성에 의해 그 성립이 가능해지는 것임을 알게 한다. 운동을 수행하는 자아에게 감각과 신체는 주어진 환경 속에서 자발성에 근거한 운동을 하게한다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 스포츠를 통한 몸 움직임은 의식에 지배되는 신체가 아니라 의식화된 신체로써 주체적 신체로 보아야 한다는 것이다. 신체는 환경에 대한 주체가 될 수 있고 그것은 감각을 통한 자아이며 세계와 결합됨을 알 수 있었다. 스포츠뿐만 아니라 나아가 예술성을 가지고 움직임의 미적현상을 나타내는 댄스에서도 주체는 신체이고 그 신체는 감각세계로서 운동의 시발점이 된다는 것이다. 그러므로 신체는 객체가 아닌 주체로서 세계 내 존재가 됨을 알 수 있었다. 스포츠 문화에서 신체 움직임의 원리는 일원론적 의미와 함께 정신과 신체의 두 가지 차원의 통합적 관계가 아니라 신체가 주도가 되고 자아가 자발적 주체로의 자유의지로 결합된다는 것을 알게 한다.
Abstract
This study observed the expressions and emotions inherent in physical exercise of sports, and tried to find the difference between the physical body and leisure activity based on Gadamer's playing theory. Between sports and dancesport, the aspect of exercise and expression, through the movement of the body, examines the relationship of the body and the mind. I tried to raise questions about what similarities they have. Modern society is a cultural discourse that sports coexist as one social phenomenon in sports culture. Now sports are a total structure of objects in human enjoying a cultural life. The purpose of the study was to compare meaning of human body required to dance sports with sports. First, sports and dance sports with sociality enjoyed as one culture have a common mechanism. Second, body language will have its position of creation and change as a subject and a body. Third, a driving force of unique movement in each part of human body required to sports as well as aestheticcharacteristics is a subject of human body. Power of leading itself has a core community which is a body language as a relation between conscience and expression on the way of performing. Therefore it could be known that the body is an existence in the world not as an object but the subject. In sports culture, it shows that the way body movement works is not a unified relationship of both the aspects of the mind and body with a monistic meaning, but the body takes control and oneself combines through free will as a voluntary subject. Consequently, now sports are being reappeared as human culture. Community of moving human body is regarded as a process of forming an outlook on the world. Therefore, sports culture is a culture of action disclosed through emotion and situation as the existing play culture. It will be an important medium of our life as a sports culture of enjoying and health.
