이 연구는 스트릿 댄스에서 발생하는 윤리적 쟁점을 탐색함으로써 스트릿 댄스 씬에서 발현된 부정행위를 살펴보고, 그에 따른 과제를 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 스트릿 댄스가 지닌 특징을 살펴봄으로써 스트릿 댄서만의 고유한 성격을 탐구하였다. 다음으로 스트릿 댄스에서 발생한 윤리적 쟁점에 대해 탐색하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 과제를 제시하고자 했다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스트릿 댄스라는 장르가 가진 특징을 탐색함으로써 고유한 성격을 파악한 결과 자유성과 독자성, 대중성으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스트릿 댄스에서 발생한 윤리적 쟁점은 금전계약 불이행, 공정성의 문제, 성폭력 범죄의 형태로 파악했다. 셋째, 스트릿 댄스 씬에서 발생한 윤리적 쟁점들을 개선하기 위한 과제로써 정형화된 체계 및 시스템 구축과 성교육 실행, 윤리교육 실행이 요구된다. 스트릿 댄스가 급부상함으로써 댄서들의 사회적 지위와 환경이 변화되고 있으며, 이에 맞는 스트릿 댄서의 책임감과 윤리의식 정립이 필요하다. 과거 스트릿 댄서에 의해 발생된 윤리적 문제점들을 반성하고 이를 개선하기 위해 노력한다면 앞으로 더 나은 스트릿 문화가 영속될 것이다. 따라서 스트릿 댄스가 바람직한 문화로 거듭나기 위해서 스트릿 댄서는 공인으로서, 예술인으로서 역할에 대해 고심해야 할 필요가 있다. 이 연구를 통해 대중이 바람직한 스트릿 댄스 문화를 향유할 수 있도록 기대하며, 스트릿 댄스가 올바른 문화예술로서의 발전하기 위한 기반을 마련하는데 기여하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the misconduct expressed in the street dance scene by exploring the ethical issues that occur in street dance and presenting the corresponding tasks. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the unique characteristics of street dancers were explored by examining the characteristics of street dance. Next, I tried to explore the ethical issues that occurred in street dance and propose tasks to solve them. The results of the study are as follows. First, by exploring the characteristics of the street dance genre, the unique characteristics were identified, and as a result, freedom, independence, and popularity were revealed. Second, ethical issues arising from street dance were identified in the form of non-fulfillment of monetary contracts, issues of fairness, and crimes of sexual violence. Third, to improve the ethical issues that occurred in the street dance scene, the establishment of a standardized system and system, the implementation of sex education, and the implementation of ethical education are required. With the rapid rise of street dance, dancers’ social status and environment are changing. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish a sense of responsibility and ethics for street dancers. If we reflect on the ethical problems caused by street dancers in the past and try to improve them, a better street culture will persist in the future. Therefore, for street dance to be reborn as a desirable culture, street dancers need to think carefully about their roles as public figures and artists. Through this study, it is expected that the public can enjoy a desirable street dance culture. It is intended to lay the foundation for the development of street dance as an ethical culture and art.
