예비유아교사의 배려 인식에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 배려에 대한 인식에 관해 알아보고자 배려의 개념을 도출하는 과정을 탐색하고 실제로 체험한 배려 경험 분석을 통해 향후 예비유아교사를 위한 배려 교육에서 노력해야 할 내용 및 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 연구 참여자는 경기도 소재 K대학 유아교육과 1학년 예비유아교사 40명이다. 배려의 정의에 대한 브레인스토밍, 배려하거나 받았던 경험, 배려의 실천에 대한 내용을 발표, 토의한 후 이를 토대로 질적 분석을 통해 예비 범주와 범주의 재조정 및 유목화를 하고 각 범주에 적합한 사례를 추출하고 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 배려를 타인을 생각하는 마음과 행동, 서로의 마음이 따뜻해지고 행복해지는 것, 자발적인 행동이라고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들은 자신의 배려 경험에 비추어 배려를 도움 행동과 나눔 행동으로 인식했다. 본 연구를 통해 배려에 대한 인식, 참 개념을 바탕으로 예비유아교사에게 필요하고 이들이 지속적으로 실천할 수 있도록 배려교육프로그램 개발하고 구체적 실행방안을 강구할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study explores the process of deriving the concept of caring to find out about the perception of caring for the early childhood teacher and provides the contents and implications to be sought in the caring education for the early childhood teacher the future through the analysis of caring experiences actually experienced. There is a purpose. Participants were 40 pre–service early childhood education teachers at K University in Gyeonggi–do. After brainstorming about how to define caring, giving or discussing experiences about caring and receiving care, based on this, qualitative analysis is used to re-arrange and nominate the preliminary categories and categories, and extract cases that are suitable for each category. The results of the study are as follows: First, early childhood teachers recognized that caring is thoughtfulness and action of others, warming and happiness of each other, and voluntary action. Second, Early Childhood teachers perceived caring as helping and sharing action in light of their caring experience. Based on this study, it will be possible to develop a care education program and devise concrete action plans for early childhood teachers based on the true concept of early childhood teachers' awareness of care.
